How do I return an item?

Do you pay for my return shipping?
Curvy Fit does not offer free returns. For faulty or damaged products please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review, we will credit the cost of postage back to you. Curvy Fit does not take any responsibility for returns lost in transit so please use a trackable postage service.
How much does shipping cost?

STANDARD FREIGHT NATION WIDE

Pay $9.95 or free with a spend of $150.
From dispatch – Estimated Delivery within 2 to 6 business days.
 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Pay $14.95 or spend $150 and upgrade to Express for only $4.95.
 
From dispatch – Estimated Delivery within 1 to 3 business days.
  
How can I track the status of my order?
Orders to Australian addresses are sent using Australia Post Priority Post and a tracking number will be provided to you via email. This can then be tracked directly with Australia Post here.
Orders with International addresses are sent via Australia Post couriers. Tracking numbers will also be provided via email.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Master Card, Apply pay, Google pay, American express, Visa and PayPal.
Where is my order?
You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order has been placed. You will receive a second email with tracking information as soon as your order had been dispatched. If it has been more than 3 business days and you have not received tracking information, please contact us on info@curvyfit.com.au with your Order Confirmation details and we will assist you further.
